ABOUT
Thermal Plus Industries was incorporated in 2004 with the sole purpose of creating a service suitable to the needs of companies requiring Cold Storage Facilities, Insulated Truck Bodies, Roller Shutter Gates, Prefabricated Buildings and Refrigeration Equipment.
Within a few years, the Government of Trinidad and Tobago (Ministry of Education) through the Ministry of Education, requested temporary classrooms to alleviate the congestion of school children in classes. This request suited our pre-engineered, pre-fabricated insulated panel system due to the following factors:

Construction Time was cut in half compared to conventional concrete

Financial savings as panel construction was approximately 60% less expensive compared to Conventional Concrete Construction.

Re-usable. The use of the panel system allowed the clients to dismantle and relocate the buildings as required.
